Free Delivery

  1. At Melbe Home, we are paying for shipping. What you need to pay is what you see in our product pages. No additional costs for delivery in mainland UK.

  2. Due to pandemic, there might be a slight delay with the dispatch of your order. Items in stock will be delivered in  7-10 business days from when you place your order.

  3. For items that are not in stock, please contact us at info@melbehome.co.uk .

  4. We’ll let you know once your product is on its way with a consignment number designed to let you track its progress.

  5. For now our products are only available to people living in mainland UK. 

  6. Stock levels are subject to change at anytime. We are unable to place items on hold. Please note that adding an item in your shopping cart doesn't secure your product's allocation.

  7. When the dispatch timeframe listed on a product is longer than 7-10 business days, the date is only an estimate and can vary from time to time based on unforeseen circumstances. If you have already placed your order and would like to get the most updated dispatch timeframe, please contact our Customer Experience team via Live Chat or Email.

  8. Limited-access remote locations may be exempt from free shipping. Please enquire with our Customer Experience team with your post code if you are unsure.

  9. Due to the ongoing developments with COVID-19 “Coronavirus”, Melbe Home in consultation with its suppliers have implemented the following measures to ensure the safety of staff and customers. 

  10. This will allow us to respond in a timely manner if we are notified of any risks. 

  11. Warehouse staff: we have implemented guidelines to ensure that our warehouse staff can respond to situations that may occur, including regularly sanitizing their hands, self-isolating if they feel unwell or have flu-like symptoms.
