Returns
As Melbe Home, we have a customer friendly return policy, as we are aware how difficult choosing the best product from online could be, especially rugs as one of our biggest product range we have been taking this situation into consideration and we are offering our “Try it at home” policy for our all rugs which enables you to see the rug you like in your own place and decide accordingly. In this policy, unless you want to keep the rug, you can return the item (unused, undamaged and in it’s original condition) in 14 days for your online purchases and 48 hours for your in-store rug purchases. You can get your full refund. This policy is not only limited with rugs, as colors may differ real to monitor, we are including all other items that you purchased from our online store and they can be returned and refunded in 14 days time. However, it is limited with one item at a time. We are caring all our customer so we know you will try your rug at home the same way you'd try a new dress before taking off the tags - treating it gently and with care! Isn't it right one for you? It's very important that if you roll out the rug and roll it straight back up again and contact us to organise a return. We can't accept a rug for return if it has been used or cleaned.
** Items not eligible for change of mind returns: made to order rugs, custom size orders, or underlays. Orders of 3 or more items of any size or style, only a single item from the order is eligible for return. Orders of 2 or more of the same SKU (same style & same size), only a single item of the same SKU is eligible for return (whether those items are in the same order number or separate order numbers over a period of time).
Faulty Items:
You may also return your rug if it’s faulty for a full refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of purchase. Faulty items must be returned in original condition, and undamaged in order to be eligible for a refund. We'll make this process as smooth as it could be for you and make the necessary arrangements with regards to pickup and delivery and you will receive a refund on your purchase.
